2. No Vehicle Sales

FindMyCashCar.com is not a car dealership and does not hold a dealer license. All vehicle transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. FindMyCashCar.com is not a party to any transaction.

3. No Guarantees

Submitting a buyer request does not reserve a vehicle. We do not guarantee that any vehicle will be available, that any seller will respond, or that a match will be found. Vehicle availability changes daily.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting vehicles, verifying title and ownership, confirming vehicle condition, and completing all legal requirements for a vehicle purchase in California. We strongly recommend a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic before completing any transaction.

5. Seller Responsibility

Sellers who apply to become partners represent that they have the legal right to sell any vehicles they offer, that all titles are clean and in their name, and that they will conduct transactions honestly and in compliance with California law.

  • Using the platform to facilitate fraud or scams
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the platform
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than buying or selling vehicles
